About
I work on strategy at ByteDance Seed, the lab behind Seedance and the Doubao models, spanning pre-, mid- and post-training across language and vision, coding, robotics and AI4S. I focus on research priorities, the data and RL environments that teach models economically valuable work, RSI, and the culture and org design that keep a lab this broad doing long-term research.
Before that, I was one of Doubao's first product leads, building its knowledge-work experience (docs, drive, browser, and coding) as the app grew from launch to 300 million monthly users. M.S. UC Berkeley, B.S. University of Washington.
